| Helpful submission hints for an original article: |
- The article file should be submitted in a Word format.
- The article file should include a title page with word count, abstract, manuscript text, references, figure legends and tables in this exact order. The word count is for text only, exclusive of title, abstract, references, figure legends and tables. The fact that the paper is being presented at the ASPO meeting, the dates, and the location should be listed on the title page.
- Each figure/image should be submitted in a separate file, in a TIF or JPG format.

In addition to the disclosure slide, presenters are asked use generic and objective terms when referring to both devices and/or proprietary technology throughout their presentations. Download the Disclosure Slide template.
- Presenters should arrive at the Speaker Ready Room at least TWO HOURS PRIOR to their presentation in order to upload their presentations onto the show computer. The Speaker Ready Room will be the Nob Hill C, located on the Yerba Buena Ballroom level, just outside the main session ballrooms. Secondly, presenters are asked to report to the moderator at the back of the meeting room 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
